• 2-Vessel Brewhouse – Brewkettle/whirlpool with 6” stainless stack, mash/lauter tun with mixer & plough
• Dual-stage heat exchanger
• Grist hydrator + high-capacity grain mill (2400 lbs/hr) with flex auger
• 20 BBL Hot Liquor Tank with 1.5 HP serving pump
• Fermentation Powerhouse: Three 10 BBL Kombitank fermenters (each with 4” hop port) + one 20 BBL Kombitank fermenter
• 20 BBL Bright Beer Tank for conditioning and packaging
• Inline strainer and mobile transfer pump on stainless cart
