2019 CDA Ninette Auto pressure-sensitive labeler

2019 CDA Ninette Auto pressure-sensitive bottle labeling machine in excellent used condition. Fully operational when removed from production. The machine was taken out of service only because we upgraded to a larger-capacity labeling line.

Configured for front/back label applications and equipped with two bottle-orientation/registration systems:

• Camera Registration System – Optional camera system can visually detect a reference point on the bottle or an applied label and use that reference for accurate positioning of the subsequent label. This is especially useful for maintaining consistent front/back label orientation.

• Optical Bottle Orientation System – Optical sensor can use physical bottle features/ridges as a registration reference for label positioning.

The camera registration system provides an important alternative when bottle/glass manufacturing tolerances make physical bottle-feature registration inconsistent.

• Motorized conveyor
• Front/back (two-label) capability

The machine was purchased in 2019 and was fully operational when removed from production. It has been stored since we upgraded our labeling line.

The machine cannot currently be demonstrated under power because the required electrical service is not available at its present storage location. It may be inspected prior to purchase.
